With foresee as a mean of future payment, Nexty shall support businesses of all sizes and scopes to overcome barriers of trading, to make the future possible, Nexty is having three deciding factors:

Nexty can do it with Dual Cryptocurrency Confirmation System (DCCS) and Proof of Foundation (PoF) which can be found in Whitepaper.
- DEFINITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) set out the conditions under which Nexty (hereinafter referred to as, “Nexty”) offer you use of the Nexty Website at https://nexty.io (the “Site” or “Website”) and access to the Nexty Platform (the “Platform”). Please read the Terms carefully and do not use the Site or the Platform unless you accept them.
“Client”, “Registered Member”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us”, refers to Nexty. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment or fees necessary to undertake the services provided by Nexty and its’ associated Platform.
By creating or importing a wallet, downloading or running our mobile application, or visiting our website, you are agreeing to our Terms, so please read carefully.
These terms outline approved uses of Nexty, various licenses that we grant to you, and licenses that you grant us.

If you do not agree to this Agreement or any modifications to this Agreement, you should not use our Services.
III. ELIGIBILITY
By having accepted these Terms; and you are confirming that you are at least 18 years of age and have the full capacity to accept these Terms and enter into a transaction as a result of using Nexty Platform.
You agree to only trade with legally obtained funds that belong to you.
You agree to take full responsibility for your use of Nexty Platform.
You agree that the details provided upon registration are true and accurate.
You agree to abide by any relevant laws in local jurisdiction, including reporting any trading profits for taxation purposes.
For legal agency usage, you must ensure that the legal entity works in accordance with international law and that you must be authorized to work for that organization.
- TERMS OF USAGE
Nexty Platform and Nexty Wallet may not be used against the law, including international law, province, state, and country of residence. You must agree that you may not use our services to support any illegal activity, including but not limited to: illegal gambling, money laundering, terrorism, human trafficking, etc.(IV) If you intentionally or unintentionally breach activities mentioned in (IV), you will be held responsible to the law and Nexty is not liable to your actions.
Do not distribute malicious code used to sabotage the Nexty Platform.
Do not sabotage Nexty system. Any action that is detected ensure restriction to your access to Nexty system and recorded evidence of such actions will be presented to the local law enforcement.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
By using Nexty Platform, you understand and agree that we have no obligation to take any action regarding:
Errors, interruptions, errors or delays in transaction processing due to hardware, software, or Internet connectivity.
The risk that third parties may have due to unauthorized access to information stored in your Nexty Wallet, including but not limited to Nexty Wallet, personal keys and memo (backup).
We are not responsible for any losses or damage related to:
Liabilities from users such as forgotten passwords, incorrectly built transactions, or incorrectly entered wallet addresses.
Server error or data loss.
Unauthorized access to the application.
Third party unauthorized activity, including, but not limited to, the use of viruses, scams, coercion or means of attack against Nexty Platform. We do not represent any Third Party Content contained in or accessed through our Services. Any terms, conditions, warranties or other representations in connection with such content, are the sole and exclusive relationship between you and such organizations and/or individuals.
You understand that we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that files as available for downloading from the internet or Nexty Platforms will be free of viruses or other destructive code. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to our site for any reconstruction of any lost data.
Nexty Platform will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of Nexty Platforms or any services or items obtained through Nexty Platforms or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any websites linked to it.
Your use of Nexty Platform, its content and any services or items obtained through Nexty Plaform is at your own risk. Nexty Platform, its content and any services or items obtained through Nexty Platforms are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. neither the foundation nor any person associated with the foundation makes any warranty or representation with respect to the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy or availability of Nexty Platforms. without limiting the foregoing, neither the foundation nor anyone associated with the foundation represents or warrants that Nexty Platform, its content or any services or items obtained through Nexty Platforms will be accurate, reliable, error-free or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, that our site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components or that Nexty Platforms or any services or items obtained through Nexty Platforms will otherwise meet your needs or expectations.
The foundation hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement and fitness for particular purpose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of warranties or limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above disclaimer may not apply to you in their entireties, but will apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
In no event will the foundation, its affiliates or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, Nexty Platform, any websites linked to it, any content on Nexty Platforms or such other websites or any services or items obtained through Nexty Platforms or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable. The foregoing does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law which may include fraud.
- CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF USE
We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them.
Your continued use of Nexty Platform following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. It is your responsibility to review the amended Terms. Your continued use of Nexty Platform and Platform following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes and you agree that all subsequent transactions by you will be subject to these Terms. You are expected to check our page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
VII. PRIVACY STATEMENT
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by Nexty Platform will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
